This wine is made in the style of the Loire Valley, fermented in French oak barrels and aged sur lie. The wine has a remarkable balance of acid, soft vanilla tannin, mineral, and fruit flavors of peach and pear. Vibrant citrus notes, combined with fermentation and aging in French Oak barrels brings what is normally a shy wine to the forefront.
On the nose:
Citrus, pear, and apricot with toasted oak and vanilla
On the palate:
Crisp fruit, subtle minerality and long finish
