Culinaria 2015

2017 San Francisco Int'l Wine Competition

Silver Medal

Always a favorite wine for all, this vintage’s wine is no different. We’ve heard you and we know you’re all excited to FINALLY receive your 2015 Culinaria. We create this wine especially for the San Antonio Culinaria Food and Wine Festival. With events spanning throughout the year, you have a number of opportunities to celebrate San Antonio’s cultural food and wine flair. See their website: culinariasa.org

The 2015 Culinaria is truly an exhibit of Texas grown grapes and Texas made wine. The Zinfandel and Merlot are from the Diamante Doble vineyard in Tokio, TX; the Cabernet Franc is from the Bingham Family Vineyards and Cooper Vineyard in Brownfield, TX. The Petit Verdot and Barbera are from our own Peter’s Prairie Vineyard in Mason, TX. Fermented individually, then blended after a year of oak aging, we know you’re going to love this vintage.

Deep, dark, fruits and herbaceous spice will pair with grilled beef and heavier foods, allowing Culinaria to pair with anything on your table.

Drink now or save for 5-7 years.

TASTING NOTES
