Each year we blend together some of our most impressive lots to celebrate the Culinaria Festival in San Antonio. We feel this wine will turn anyone's table into a premier food and wine destination! A blend that changes every year, the 2014 vintage includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, and Syrah. It displays notes of red fruit, cherry, and spice that lingers on the finish. Drink this now or hold for 3-5 years.
Aromatics: Bright cherry and raspberry with layers of violets and dark fruit
On the palate: Fruit forward notes of red fruit, cherry and herbs. Rich notes of cassis, cranberry and chocolate finish with a lingering note of spice.
Pairing: Tex-Mex, Grilled meats, aged soft cheese. Try slightly chilled with fresh friot on a warm Texas evening
